Who You AreAs the Total Rewards Manager, you’ll own the full execution of our benefits, compensation, and total rewards programs. You’ll manage everything from self-insured benefits administration and compliance filings to compensation cycle execution, vendor relationships, and data accuracy across systems.
You’ll work closely with the Finance Leadership and the SVP of People to ensure our programs are competitive, compliant, and delivered with precision. This is a strategic individual contributor role for someone who can operate independently, move fluidly between details and big-picture thinking, and make complex systems run smoothly.
What You’ll DoBenefits Administration
Own all U.S. and global benefits programs, with primary responsibility for self-insured U.S. health and welfare plans
Oversee renewals, stop-loss coordination, funding models, and claims analysis
Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and TPAs to optimize cost, compliance, and employee experience
Lead open enrollment planning, communication, and execution
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, RxDC, PCORI, Form 5500, Medicare Part D, etc.)
Administer benefits for Canada and limited international regions
Compensation & Total Rewards Execution
Partner with the SVP of People to execute compensation programs, including annual merit, bonus, and sales compensation cycles
Calculate and coordinate bonus payouts and compensation adjustments with accuracy and discretion
Prepare and distribute compensation change letters and related documentation
Maintain pay data accuracy across HRIS and financial systems (experience with payroll processes required, though not listed as a formal responsibility)
Collaborate with Finance on headcount, compensation, and benefits reporting
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Analyze utilization, cost trends, and funding performance across benefits programs
Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience
Manage all administrative tasks directly—data entry, audits, filings, and documentation—with precision and follow-through
Continuously assess and improve workflows through automation and cross-functional collaboration
6+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Benefits, or Compensation roles
Deep expertise managing self-insured benefit plans (required)
Experience supporting compensation cycles and payroll processing
Strong analytical and financial skills; comfort with modeling and Excel reporting
Familiarity with global benefits programs (Canada required; other regions a plus)
Proven ability to manage compliance filings and vendor partnerships
HRIS experience (Rippling preferred)
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and follow-through—you close loops and deliver with accuracy

Salary Range: $125,000-$150,000 (based on skills, experience, and location)
