The firm has an opening for a temporary, full-time Law School Recruiting Assistant starting in July through December, 2026. This individual is responsible for assisting with our brand building initiatives, summer associate program, and seasonal hiring efforts. Primary responsibilities include assisting with event planning, data entry, processing applicants/resumes, assisting with interview scheduling, preparing correspondences, and general administrative support. This position will also assist with special projects as needed.

This position is available as a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of prior administrative or recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services environment, preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Must possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

  • Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Possess strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed

  • Superior analytical, attention to detail, planning and organizational skills

  • Highly motivated and creative with ability to make sound business decisions

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion

  • Proficient with MS Office and applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday and viRecruit

The primary location for this job posting is in New York, but other locations may be listed. The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location. The anticipated pay range for this position is as follows:

New York: $24.52 - $33.17 per hour. Boston, Washington, D.C.: $22.07 - $29.86 per hour.
