About the Opportunity
Job Summary
We are seeking an analytically skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our data operations and reporting needs. This position will play a key role in survey administration, data analysis, and reporting initiatives that directly inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
Drawing from both internal and external data sources, prepare reports that inform and respond to information needs.
Analyze survey data to prepare comprehensive course retrospectives, annual program reports, and cohort reports. Highlight key trends, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
Manage and administer student surveys in the Qualtrics platform. Monitor response rates for course surveys during the end of each term.
Assist with quality assurance testing of multi-source tables in a data warehouse using SQL queries.
Produce ad hoc reports and dashboards in response to internal stakeholder requests.
Create clear and compelling data visualizations for executive presentations.
Collaborate with team members to understand reporting requirements and deliver insights that support organizational goals.
Document processes and maintain organized records of analyses and reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in data science, business analytics, statistics, mathematics, or related field
Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data
Experience with survey platforms, preferably Qualtrics
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to work with large datasets
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
Attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with statistical analysis software (R, Python, SPSS, or similar) preferred
Experience with data modelling or database design preferred
