The Opportunity
 
We’re seeking a Provider Marketing, Lifecycle Associate to craft and deliver exceptional communications that keep our provider network informed, engaged, and supported throughout their journey with Grow. You’ll manage cross-functional communications, ensure brand consistency, and maintain a smooth flow of information that strengthens provider satisfaction and retention.
 
This role blends marketing, content, and operations. You’ll work with Marketing, Recruitment, Community, and Success teams to execute communications that build trust, drive engagement, and reinforce our brand mission.
 
What You'll Be Doing
 
Provider Communications & Content
  • Write, edit, and test provider-facing communications for clarity, tone, and compliance.
  • Enable and deploy email communications and initiatives to providers for cross-functional teams, including Credentialing, Payor Partnerships, and Clinical.
  • Develop and manage a company-wide communications calendar to coordinate messaging and timing.
  • Identify and implement nurture opportunities that strengthen provider relationships and brand sentiment.
  • Support CRM (HubSpot) operations to enable lifecycle and retention initiatives.
Engagement Operations
  • Collaborate with Community and Success teams to improve provider experience through timely, thoughtful messaging.
  • Maintain feedback loops with internal stakeholders to refine communication effectiveness.
  • Track engagement metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Process and Quality Control
  • Regularly A/B test communications across the lifecycle to gain insights and refine our communications.
  • QA all cross-functional provider emails to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Continuously iterate and optimize our comms across provider touchpoints to nurture our audience with relevant and resonant content.

You'll Be a Great Fit If

  • You have 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, communications, and/or marketing operations (healthcare or SaaS a plus).
  • You are proficient with HubSpot and email marketing suites (highly preferred).
  • You are an exceptional writer with strong editing and QA skills with a focus on clarity and brand voice.
  • You have strong project management and organizational skills.
  • You are an analytical thinker comfortable interpreting engagement metrics and feedback.
  • You have experience creating visuals or templates in Canva, Figma, or similar tools.

Employment Type: Full Time, Exempt
Base Compensation:
Hybrid Commitment- $81,000- $90,000 Annually
Fully Remote Commitment- $67,000-$75,000 Annually

This role can be hybrid (onsite from our NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hub location three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) or fully remote. Both arrangements include travel 2–3 times per year (e.g., company and department offsites).

The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate’s working location.
