The role requires confidence in clinical decision-making while adhering to our evidence-based clinical guidelines, as well as the ability to properly evaluate, assess, document and appropriately intervene as necessary.

As a contracted provider, hours are incredibly flexible. We are a seven days-a-week operation offering providers the flexibility to set their own recurring schedules within any combination of days and hours. The number of hours dedicated to this role will vary based on active state licenses and the number of Advanced Practice Practitioners assigned at any given time.
