Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops curricula, pathways, and materials; aligns content to releases and competencies.
- Facilitates training, coaching, and e learning; measures outcomes and iterates.
- Partners with SMEs, Change Management, and HR to scale adoption and track progression.
- Maintains learning platforms and content quality standards.
- May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
- 3+ years in L&D, instructional design, or Tech enablement with strong facilitation and content development skills.
- Technology related learning design and facilitation experience required
- Experience administering L&D platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting technology-enabled process improvements.
