As an Early Careers Campus Recruiter Senior Professional within the Tech, Data & Product (TDP) Early Careers team, you will be tasked to help with the creation of a robust pipeline of diverse intern and analyst talent for our North American programs. Your role in this support function will require you to implement a coordinated strategy for attracting, selecting, and nurturing talent.
Job Responsibilities

  • Support the recruiting process by assisting TDP Earley Careers Recruiters in executing recruiting strategies, data management, conducting interviews, and providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Partner with the TDP Early Careers Recruiters to manage the full-cycle candidate application process (i.e., sourcing, application reviews/selection, interview management, offer letters, offer communications, etc.).
  • Proactively engage and maintain relationships with the broader Early Careers Recruiting team, Intern & Full-time Program Management team, candidates, and business stakeholders by providing data-driven, concise, and timely updates.
  • Support the planning and delivery of the summer internship programs by assisting TDP Early Career Recruiters, TDP and Firmwide Intern Program Management teams with pre-employment/onboarding, week one orientation, social events, performance development, and conversion to the full-time programs.
  • Collaborate with the Early Careers Events team to create a positive candidate experience by flawlessly executing events such as final round interviews (in-person or virtual), networking events, open houses, conferences, etc.
  • Work closely with the Early Careers Servicing team to manage candidate applications and job requisitions to ensure accurate reporting/data collection, and timely dispositioning of candidates that is in alignment with all appropriate recruiting risks and controls.
  • Maintain relationships with external organizations/partners and candidates by planning, facilitating, and attending in-person and/or virtual activities.
  • Utilize candidate relationship management systems to source, interview, and progress candidates through various stages of the recruitment process (i.e., Yello, Oracle, Handshake, LinkedIn, etc.).


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience or relevant support role experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in supporting project management tasks.
  • Solid relationship management skills with the ability to interact with various levels of stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and written, with attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Willingness to travel during peak season.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and sourcing platforms (Handshake, Yello, LinkedIn, etc)
