Job responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of privacy compliance programs aimed at delivering critical AdTech and tracking technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement complex AdTech and digital initiatives, focusing on adherence to privacy standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on digital regulation and privacy requirements for new initiatives.
- Develop robust controls, governance processes, and deliver comprehensive training programs.
- Partner with the marketing organization to design and implement tag management systems.
- Ensure operational compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR, PECR, ePrivacy, CCPA, GLBA, COPPA, HIPAA, LGPD, PIPEDA, etc.) by analyzing jurisdictional impacts and developing execution frameworks.
- Create and maintain evergreen documentation and artifacts supporting privacy initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration between privacy, product, technology, and marketing teams to translate legal obligations into functional requirements and product features.
- Establish and lead forums for stakeholder input and engagement.
- Conduct testing and validation of online tracking elements to ensure compliance and functionality.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executing large, complex enterprise-level programs.
- Exceptional knowledge of data privacy and protection frameworks.
- Proven experience in communicating and presenting to executive management audiences.
- Strong ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate project/program status.
- Proficiency in complex data and technical concepts.
- In-depth understanding of the advertising technology and online tracking landscape.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Relevant IAPP certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPP/C, CIPP/A, CIPM are highly desirable.
