The RoleThis role combines technical writing excellence with hands-on API integration and developer advocacy. You'll be the bridge between our AI technology and the developers who implement it, creating documentation that makes our APIs accessible and powerful.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, maintain, and improve technical documentation for our APIs, SDKs, and developer tools
- Create comprehensive integration guides, tutorials, and code examples
- Build and maintain demo applications showcasing API capabilities
- Develop interactive documentation with embedded code samples
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand new features and translate them into clear documentation
- Create video tutorials and screen recordings demonstrating API integration
- Gather feedback from the developer community and improve documentation based on user needs
- Contribute to our developer portal and knowledge base
- Support developer onboarding and troubleshooting through documentation
Essential Requirements:
- Recent graduate (2022-2025) from a top university with a 2:1 or First-class degree
- Strong coding skills in at least two of: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP
- Experience with API integration and RESTful services
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and documentation best practices
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience with AI/ML APIs or computer vision technologies
- Knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger documentation
- Experience with documentation tools (GitBook, Notion, or similar)
- Experience creating technical video content or screen recordings
- Background in developer advocacy or technical evangelism
- Portfolio demonstrating technical writing or API integration projects
