The Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment life cycle for technical roles, develop sourcing strategies, and optimize hiring processes while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Pickle is seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruiting process for our most critical roles. You will help Pickle meet its ambitious talent acquisition goals while refining our recruiting systems. In this role, you'll shape the foundation of Pickle’s growing Recruiting team, identifying and attracting top-tier talent in robotics and beyond. Your contributions will have a direct impact on scaling the company’s workforce, driving innovation, and ensuring we continue to lead in the warehouse automation space.

What You’ll Accomplish:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and candidate profiles for technical roles.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top-tier engineering and technical talent.
- Own the revitalization of Pickle’s competitive recruiting processes, helping us maintain a high bar for talent while accelerating our time to hire.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates through sourcing, networking, online job boards, and referrals.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications through thorough resume screening, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews.
- Create an exceptional candidate experience by providing clear communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and refine strategies to optimize hiring outcomes (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire).
- Partner with leadership to continuously improve the recruitment process and enhance the company’s employer brand.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations throughout the hiring process.
Who You Are:
- A full-life cycle recruiter with 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment within robotics or a closely-related industry.
- A talent pro with a proven track record of successfully hiring for a variety of specialized technical roles (e.g., software engineers, robotics engineers, mechanical engineers).
- Well-versed in a variety of technical concepts, programming languages, and emerging technologies.
- Able to relate to, and sell to, highly sought-after talent through your strong relationship management skills.
- Adept at executing sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
- An exceptional communicator and negotiator. Your interpersonal skills enable you to influence without authority.
- An expert with standard SMB and mid-market ATS and recruiting systems, such as Lever, Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Able to manage a high load of requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Deeply analytical, with the ability to assess recruiting metrics and make data-driven decisions. You love a good spreadsheet.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, spotting opportunities where others see chaos.
- A founder at heart. No matter who you report to, you are the CEO of your function. You exercise extreme ownership over your job.
- You live in the Greater Boston area and are able to–and are excited to–work out of our Cambridge, MA and Charlestown, MA office a minimum of 4 days per week.
