We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who will partner with Hiring Managers to build a road map for recruiting to ensure the best talent is identified, engaged and attracted to BCBSMA. In this role you will bring proven experience sourcing, building value based relationships and developing a pipeline of current and future prospects for BCSBMA vacancies. You will be responsible for bringing a business approach to the talent acquisition team, implementing innovative and cost-effective recruiting strategies that drive results and give our hiring leaders the best experience possible. In this role, you’ll be a talent advisor and hands-on recruiter for some of the most critical and emerging roles at BCBSMA, with emphasis in AI, ML, data science. You’ll work closely with business leaders, data and technology executives, and HR partners to shape the workforce that will drive our next chapter of innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a talent advisor to hiring leaders and HR business partners, helping leaders define hiring needs, understand the market, and develop short-term and long-term recruitment strategies.
- Use our Workday ATS and Phenom CRM to update, record and maintain accurate candidate records, to effectively engage and manage candidates with care and pipeline health with precision
- Successfully source, attract and hire all level within the organization, especially strategic, high impact roles (particularly in AI, data science, actuary)
- Translate business transformation goals into recruiting strategies that emphasize skills-based hiring, innovation, and agility
- Partner with our Talent Attraction and Intelligence team to bring candidate and market insights to every conversation, offering insight on compensation, competitor moves, and talent availability
- Help amplify our employment brand in AI and tech communities through networking, events, and digital outreach
- Team-first collaborative mindset to support business or talent needs as required
- Actively collaborates across the Talent Acquisition team, sharing learnings and contributing to a culture where everyone succeeds together
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record in technical, data science and AI/ML hiring
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders, using data and storytelling to inform hiring decisions
- Skilled in sourcing strategies for competitive talent markets
- A highly collaborative, adaptable, and ‘roll-up-your-sleeves, hands-on’ recruiting approach
- Ability to adapt and support shifting priorities with a mindset that blends, curiosity, urgency and shared ownership
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, transparent working style
- Experience with Workday ATS required; Phenom CRM strongly preferred

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
This job is also eligible for variable pay.
