What you'll do
- Align daily with Engineering on tasks and deliverables
- Build project plans and lead internal team meetings
- Track and drive technical issues to closure in JIRA
- Translate complex technical challenges into clear updates for non-technical, cross-functional teams
- Support the project team with hands-on technical activities
- Support legacy products day to day and prepare updates for executive reviews
What you'll bring
Essential
- 2+ years in project management or engineering (project management preferred)
- Experience working with software teams
- Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, ideally in plastics or consumer products
- Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and their limits
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the listening and influencing skills to build collaborative relationships
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- A hands-on work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Desirable
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, such as the executive team or board
- Budget management experience
