• Accountable and responsible POC for overseeing and communicating regular updates on project scope, budget, and project schedule/delivery timeline for one or more projects to include regular briefs with various internal teams and executive leadership. 
• Responsible and accountable for tracking all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.
• Create and track progress against project plans, project schedules, milestones, budgets (forecasting and actuals), charge codes, or other performance indicators, and reports to colleagues, teams, and management in a timely manner.
• Help formulate plan for delivery and allocate resources alongside resource managers and budget.
• Drive internal dependency management and coordination as well as 3rd party vendor management.
• Drive complex migrations (e.g. platform and data center)
• Organize and track department KPIs including all presentation materials and meetings
• Identify, organize, and drive complex initiatives for the Engineering Services Organization

The US base salary range for this position is $112,130.00 - $140,171.00 + bonus + benefits. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the pay range, all compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each hire. The final offer may vary depending on a combination of factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading strategic initiatives, enterprise projects, programs, process improvement efforts, or business transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and initiatives with competing priorities, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across business operations, technology, infrastructure, security, vendor partners, and executive leadership.
• Experience facilitating governance forums, steering committees, program reviews, and executive-level meetings.
• Strong project and portfolio management skills, including project planning, prioritization, scheduling, risk management, dependency tracking, resource planning, and status reporting.
• Experience establishing and maintaining action logs, RAID logs, project plans, and governance documentation.
• Proven ability to drive execution, accountability, and results without direct authority over team members.
• Experience developing and presenting executive-level communications, dashboards, reports, and status updates.
• Strong financial management experience, including project budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, resource planning, and vendor spend tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Planner, or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Project Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or similar professional certification.
• Experience supporting executive leadership, PMO organizations, strategic planning functions, or Chief of Staff organizations.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation, operational excellence, or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience creating executive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar analytics tools.
• Experience managing large, complex portfolios consisting of 5-15 or more concurrent initiatives.
• Knowledge of resource forecasting, capital and operational budget management, and vendor contract administration.
• Experience working in highly regulated, technology-driven, or matrixed organizations.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and portfolio management tools.
