This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.

We are looking for a highly organized and technically savvy Senior Associate, Technical Program Manager to help drive execution across our agile development processes and build scalable systems that make project tracking and reporting sustainable and efficient. This role ensures timely delivery of technical initiatives, maintains transparency on progress, and enables seamless communication between senior stakeholders and technical teams.

What you will do:

  • Facilitate agile routines (sprint planning, refinement).

  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.

  • Keep Azure DevOps boards organized and ensure tickets reflect accurate status.

  • Design and implement sustainable tracking systems and procedures that minimize overhead and enable self-service visibility for interested parties.

  • Monitor progress across development teams, identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Provide clear updates on timelines, risks, and project status to stakeholders across the business.

  • Translate technical progress into business-friendly language for executive reporting.

  • Understand development workflows and collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading technical projects or technical programs

  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities; experience working with both senior collaborators and technical development groups

  • Technical proficiency to understand and track development processes

  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).

  • Ability to work independently and track progress without adding unnecessary overhead.

  • A systems-thinking mentality with experience building scalable processes and frameworks for project tracking and reporting.

Education Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years in technical program or project management within software development environments.

  • Experience running agile routines and technical workflows.

  • Experience in private equity, asset management, or related financial services role with a quantitative focus a plus.

  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or equivalent are a plus.

Salary Range

$180,000.00 - $270,000.00

This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
