At Ensono, our Purpose is to be a relentless ally, disrupting the status quo and unleashing our clients to Do Great Things! We enable our clients to achieve key business outcomes that reshape how our world runs. As an expert technology adviser and managed service provider with cross-platform certifications, Ensono empowers our clients to keep up with continuous change and embrace innovation.

We can Do Great Things because we have great Associates. The Ensono Core Values unify our diverse talents and are woven into how we do business. These five traits are the key to achieving our purpose.

HONESTY, RELIABILITY, COLLABORATION, CURIOSITY, PASSION

At Ensono, we are reinventing managed services with our Envision Operating System—a software-first platform that brings together AI, automation, and human expertise to deliver predictive, zero-touch operations. But transformation on this scale doesn’t happen by accident. It requires coordination, clarity, and relentless execution. That’s where our Technical Program Managers (TPMs) come in.

As a TPM, you’ll be the conductor of the orchestra—aligning Data Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, SWE, and Ops stakeholders to ensure we move fast, stay organized, and deliver high-impact outcomes. You won’t just manage schedules; you’ll connect technical execution to business goals, ensuring every sprint, milestone, and release contributes to Ensono’s shift from reactive firefighting to proactive, predictive operations.

This isn’t project management lite. It’s program leadership in a fast-moving, AI-first environment, where you’ll balance competing priorities, manage dependencies, and keep teams accountable to both technical standards and business outcomes. If you thrive on bringing order to complexity and making sure innovation actually ships, this is your role.

What You Will Do:

  • Program Orchestration – Define, plan, and execute large-scale technical programs across Data, AI/ML, SWE, and Ops teams.

  • Cross-Team Alignment – Ensure stakeholders from technical and business functions are aligned on scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Execution Excellence – Drive progress across multiple parallel workstreams, removing blockers and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Process & Governance – Implement best practices for tracking, reporting, and communication across programs.

  • Business Connection – Translate technical execution into measurable outcomes tied to uptime, cost savings, and client satisfaction.

  • Change Management – Manage dependencies and coordinate rollouts of new tools, platforms, and automation workflows.

We want all new Associates to succeed in their roles at Ensono. That's why we've outlined the job requirements below. To be considered for this role, it's important that you meet all Required Qualifications. If you do not meet all of the Preferred Qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.

What You Will Need:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role leading complex, multi-team initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, Git/Bitbucket, and collaboration tools

  • Ability to understand technical concepts (data pipelines, ML models, APIs) and translate them into clear execution plans.

  • Experience in ServiceNow or enterprise IT operations environments is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, from engineers to executives.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.

Mindset & Values

  • Get Stuff Done – You care less about process theater and more about outcomes.

  • Connector – You bridge the gap between business priorities and technical execution.

  • Clarity Creator – You thrive in ambiguity and bring structure where there isn’t any.

  • Business Impact Focused – You measure success in improved uptime, reduced costs, and faster delivery.

  • Servant Leader – You empower teams to execute by removing blockers and enabling focus.

Success Looks Like

  • Complex programs delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact

  • Teams across Data, AI/ML, SWE, and Ops aligned and executing against a clear roadmap.

  • A culture of accountability and visibility, with stakeholders confident in progress and outcomes.

  • Predictive and automated capabilities moving from concept to production faster and more reliably
