The Principal Technical Program Manager leads the Fastshift program, overseeing customer migrations to the cloud, developing solutions, and promoting AI adoption to enhance productivity.
Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
Success in the cloud is one of Atlassian's top strategic priorities. As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Fastshift, our flagship program dedicated to migrating customers from Data Center (DC) environments to the cloud. You'll help customers seamlessly adopt Atlassian's full suite of cloud offerings, tackling some of the most complex technical challenges in the industry-including legacy setups, third-party integrations, security, privacy, and performance.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Atlassian's cloud platform. You'll drive the development of scalable backend platforms and intuitive self-service portals, ensuring a frictionless migration experience for our customers. You'll also define how customers can leverage AI to boost productivity, championing the adoption of Atlassian's AI-powered products.
