Summary

Wiz is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the execution of strategic, cross-functional programs that improve operational maturity. This role focuses on program management and execution for broad initiatives and providing structured support to the Engineering Productivity team. You will drive the implementation of major tooling, data, and knowledge architecture initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business requirements.

What You'll DoStrategic Cross-Functional Programs
  • Manage and drive the execution plan for complex cross-cloud or multi-platform strategic motions (e.g., new customer deployment models), coordinating technical delivery and business readiness across all affected units.
  • Lead the program implementation plan for the new centralized technical knowledge hub, focusing on design, tooling integration, process adoption, and content migration across business functions.
  • Own and manage projects to address critical tooling and process gaps, defining requirements, scoping vendor assessments, and driving internal development/deployment plans.
Engineering Productivity & Data
  • Serve as the primary Program Manager for the Engineering Productivity team's data initiatives.
  • Translate high-level requirements into actionable program plans, managing the build roadmap for foundational analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Partner with Engineering Productivity to track resource capacity, manage project dependencies, and provide clear status reporting across their critical activities.
Project Execution & Documentation
  • Lead strategic projects, such as preparing the business case and driving the implementation of cost-saving proposals, through full cross-functional execution.
  • Define and track project milestones, manage schedules, and proactively mitigate risks across multiple concurrent programs.
  • Ensure technical documentation and workflows are created and maintained in Jira and Confluence for all owned programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and teams to achieve a more concise impact on the business through the organization of knowledge repositories and documentation.
What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years of technical program or project management experience, with a focus on driving the execution of complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing programs related to tooling implementation, operationalizing technical dashboards, or implementing Knowledge Management (KM) systems.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical project plans and manage engineering delivery schedules.
  • Strong familiarity with data governance or analytics program lifecycles, along with experience working with Data/BI teams.
  • Experience with LMS, Education/Enablement Repository tools, and methodologies
  • Excellent ability to communicate technical program status clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • High proficiency with Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence for program management and documentation.

Compensation 

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. 

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation. 

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. 

US Base Pay Range
$152,000$208,000 USD
