As a Technical Program Manager at Symbl.ai, you will lead the execution of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.

Working as a Technical Program Manager, you will:

  1. Lead technical project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  3. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
  4. Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members.
  5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes.
  6. Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior leadership.

To excel in this role, you should:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Possess a minimum of 4 years of Technical Program Management experience.
  • Have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate experience with cloud technologies, AI, or other emerging technologies.
  • Show experience in a large-scale, globally distributed environment and exhibit a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Possess excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Please Note: Although we have focused centers in Seattle, WA there are no restrictions on where you can be located for this role - Symbl is fully remote.
