About the role

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to manage all inbound customer-specific work that goes to Engineering. You'll be the bridge between our customer teams and Engineering, making sure every request is clearly scoped, prioritized, and delivered on time.

In this role, you will:
  • Own intake for all customer-specific requests to Engineering, including custom data integrations, configurations, and fixes.
  • Work with Account Management, Sales Engineering, and Product to scope requests and prioritize them against the roadmap.
  • Track timelines, risks, and dependencies, and keep customer teams and leadership updated on status.
  • Build a clear, repeatable process for how customer work gets requested, prioritized, and delivered.
  • Manage and streamline the RFP responses that need input from Engineering.
  • Spot patterns in customer requests and turn them into product requirements, so we build once instead of over and over.
You might thrive in this role if you:
  • Have 5+ years in technical program or project management, ideally bridging customer teams and Engineering.
  • Bring deep expertise in media, ad tech, and marketing measurement, including marketing data pipelines and integrations.
  • Can manage many moving parts and keep technical and business stakeholders aligned.
  • Are an AI enthusiast who's excited about using it to work smarter.
  • Are passionate about solving customer pain points.
What success looks like

In your first 90 days:

  • You understand Newton's platform and every open customer request in Engineering.
  • Every inbound customer request has a clear owner, priority, and timeline.
  • You've shared a plan to improve how customer work gets to Engineering.

In your first year:

  • Customer requests are delivered on time, and customer teams always know where things stand.
  • Your intake and prioritization process is used across the Customer and Engineering teams.
  • Customers and internal partners see you as the person who gets things done.
  • Recurring customer requests have become product features.
