About the Role

We’re ready to scale our brand, accelerate customer acquisition, and build category awareness. To make that a reality, we’re looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager who excels at translating deep stack technology into compelling stories and obsesses over driving content strategy and (especially) delivering content.

You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Solutions to bring our story to life, drive market/category awareness, and ensure Rhino continues to expand its industry-leading position in the federated AI space. This is a rare opportunity to help build our product marketing function in the leader in the federated AI and computing space, which is poised to disrupt the enterprise AI market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft clear, value-oriented, and differentiated messaging tailored to different personas (ex: enterprise, technical, C-level) across verticals, including healthcare, life sciences, financial services, and others.
  • Quickly become a product and market expert so you can translate deep technical capabilities, architectural decisions, and customer success stories into high impact content.
  • Collaborate with design, demand generation, and PR teams to drive acquisition and market awareness.
  • Build, update, and train colleagues in marketing, product, sales, and solutions how to leverage our internal messaging framework.
  • Support our partners in product and solutions in simplifying and clarifying product releases, launches, presentations, white papers, knowledge center articles, and other field enablement needs.
  • Incorporate customer discovery, market trends, and competitive analysis into content development, product marketing strategy, and marketing campaigns.
Required Skills
  • 3+ years in technical product marketing, developer marketing, or customer marketing in enterprise SaaS or AI companies.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex technology into clear, value-driven messaging for both technical and business audiences.
  • Exceptional understanding of federated computing/learning, machine learning/cloud platforms, enterprise AI infrastructure, and/or modern agentic AI workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and deliver in the face of multiple evolving priorities.
  • Proactive mindset about seeking out what you need to succeed in a low structure start-up.
Preferred Skills
  • Start-up or scale-up experience.
  • Experience using modern content management and generative AI tools, and a nuanced understanding of both their advantages and limitations.
  • Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Financial Services domain experience.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
