Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 annual base salary plus equity in the company
Report to Chief of Staff
Location: 1 Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA (In-person role)
About the RoleWe're looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of Blitzy’s outward-facing product messaging. This includes creating high-value content assets to drive brand awareness, lead generation and pipeline growth. You will partner with demand generation, sales, engineering, and product to build impactful narratives, sales collateral, and customer success stories to demonstrate the transformational value of Blitzy.
Blitzy’s platform pushes the boundaries of what is possible with agentic software development. Our technology has garnered significant media attention via podcasts and other content outlets. We are looking for someone to own the marketing journey as we guide our prospects & customers from awareness to enterprise-wide adoption. This will include defining our content strategy and owning the creation of whitepapers, webinars, customer case studies, blogs and other collateral. You must understand the enterprise software development lifecycle deeply, meaning you have spent time working on or close to technical products. You must be an incredibly strong storyteller, guiding our prospects and customers through the journey and change it requires to adopt an agentic SDLC.
What You Will Own
Strategic Architecture
- Work with Chief of Staff and Demand Generation to define and build the Marketing Technology Stack
- Create content to drive measurable increases in awareness & pipeline growth
- Work with sales to create targeted campaigns
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to the Chief of Staff and the CEO on growth strategy and positioning. This is critical as we are redefining the new agentic SDLC and our audience struggles to differentiate between platforms and tools in the marketplace
- You build systems and processes that scale with our rapid growth
- Collaborate with Developer Relations to create product-specific content and synthesize field-level findings into generalizable content
- Write for two distinct audiences: the 'hands-on' engineer and the 'value-focused' CTO/CIO
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions
- Build a library of content assets: white papers, webinars, industry roadmaps, customer success stories and solution briefs
- Write and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and nurture sequences
- Position Blitzy as the thought leader in AI-driven software development but also be able to describe the value of other solutions in the marketplace. You must be able to understand the ecosystem and the new agentic SDLC
- Act as a research-driven generalist who can quickly turn vertical-specific insights into solution narratives
- Identify common points of friction for engineering teams and tailor Blitzy’s messaging as to how we address them
- Understand our unique value proposition and how we differentiate from competitors
- 6-10 years of B2B content and growth marketing experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or AI
- Deep understanding of the enterprise SDLC and product development lifecycle (PDLC). This could manifest itself in many ways such as an engineering background or proven experience leading product marketing for a deeply technical product
- Strong technical writing skills for both executive and developer audiences
- A master of positioning and copy—this is a 'hands-on-keyboard' role, not a dashboard analyst
- Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through content
- Comfortable working directly with founders in a high-growth startup environment
- Senior-level Individual Contributor who requires zero training and can immediately 'own' the function
- Software engineering experience
- Experience or personal use of AI coding assistants like Cursor, Replit, GitHub Co-Pilot, etc…
- Demonstrated ability to engage with executive leadership and external partners
- Have a portfolio of published marketing/launch assets, specifically for enterprise AI or SDLC related projects
- Background building content and marketing functions from scratch at early-stage companies
- Familiarity with HubSpot, paid media platforms, and analytics dashboards (Looker, Amplitude, etc.)
- Knowledge of vertical markets like Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing
- Understanding of AI/ML platforms and the enterprise software buying process

What we ask of youPlease ask yourself if you are ready for a challenge before applying. Even in optimal conditions, Start-Ups are hard, and are always a lot of work. What you do week to week will change. If this feels exciting, not concerning, that's a good sign.
This role requires excellence in both strategic thinking and tactical execution. You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and wearing multiple hats. We're building something transformative, and that means the path isn't always clear—but if you thrive on that challenge, you'll love it here.
