We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Product team. You will be instrumental in ensuring that Mark43 can continue scaling effectively by driving success in areas like customer data migrations, external system interfaces, and strategic technology partnerships. Your work will directly improve the efficiency and speed with which we deliver value to our customers. 

What You’ll Do 

If you were part of our team, here are some things you would have done last week: 

  • Collaborated with Engineering to scope and prioritize improvements to our migration tooling that cut time-to-live for new customers 
  • Partnered with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure a high-confidence rollout for a complex multi-agency deployment 
  • Defined product requirements for enhancements to our API integration framework to support a new strategic partner 
  • Participated in a deep-dive with engineering leadership to evaluate scaling strategies for key interface components 
  • Managed cross-functional alignment around a phased launch plan for a new internal implementation support product 

What You’ll Need 

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager with experience in a highly technical role. This background is essential for understanding the complexity and dependencies inherent in integrations, migrations, and backend systems. 

The ideal candidate brings: 

  • A strong technical foundation and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution on complex technical initiatives 
  • Experience with B2B software, SaaS implementation, or systems integration 
  • Comfort working with ambiguity in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Location 

Mark43 is a remote-friendly workplace, and this role may be based remotely in approved states across the U.S. We also have offices in New York City and Boston for those who prefer hybrid or in-person work.
