We are seeking a Technical Architecture Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of Waltham, MA.
Job Summary
The Technical Architecture Manager (TAM) will serve as a technical liaison and architecture owner for managed service customers. The role requires an effective communicator who will coordinate the build of a proactive technical roadmap, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer's subscription package. TAMs are responsible for driving satisfaction, ROI, and consulting with the customer to actively guide them towards Imprivata's best practices within the customer's technology stack as part of their broader environmental change management. The Technical Architecture Manager will lead reoccurring sessions with customers both operationally and at an executive level to ensure customers align with industry trends and we align with our customers goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serves as the main technical liaison and consultant for advisory subscriptions
  • Ensures proper architecture, best practices, and operational roadmap planning on all MS subscriptions
  • Provide technical environment assessment and strategic recommendations in support of maximizing value to customers.
  • Ensure the renewal of subscription Managed Services by providing outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Develop customized 12-month technical program plans.
  • Proactively monitor progress, identify risks, track and provide guidance to resolve issues.
  • Perform full technical discovery, analysis, and planning assessments (onsite or remote) for all customers.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market-leading offerings.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
  • Experience with Imprivata Enterprise Access Management (formerly OneSign) preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in the identity access management technology or adjacent technology setting.
  • Thorough understanding and experience administering IT infrastructure, networking, and software solutions, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as influencing executive level leadership and above.
  • Ability to maintain productivity and make strategic decisions in challenging circumstances.
  • Must have the ability to do limited overnight travel - up to 25%.

This position offers a total compensation range of $146,000.00 to $156,000.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
