Technical Alliances Marketing Manager – Nvidia - VAST AI Operating System

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and technically-oriented Technical Alliances Marketing Manager to cover our Nvidia partnership. Your primary objective is to define, articulate, and showcase the joint technology solutions and value propositions of the VAST AI Operating System when integrated with our strategic technology alliance partners. You will be responsible for creating compelling technical marketing content, documentation, and enablement materials that highlight the combined strengths of VAST and its partners, primarily targeting enterprise customers looking to solve complex infrastructure challenges and accelerate AI adoption through validated, integrated solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Joint Solution Definition & Technical Messaging

  • Collaborate with VAST Product Management, Engineering, and counterparts at technology alliance partners to define the technical differentiators and value proposition of integrated solutions.
  • Craft compelling, differentiated technical messaging and positioning for joint solutions, focusing on architectural advantages, performance benefits, and integration capabilities that resonate with technical enterprise audiences (e.g., IT architects, developers, data engineers).
  • Conduct technical analysis of the enterprise infrastructure landscape and partner ecosystems to identify key integration points and articulate the unique benefits of the VAST AI Operating System in joint configurations.

Technical Content Creation & Documentation for Alliances

  • Develop and maintain a rich portfolio of technical marketing content for joint solutions, including reference architectures, solution briefs, technical whitepapers, best practice guides, deployment guides, and detailed product demonstrations.
  • Translate complex technical features of the VAST AI Operating System and partner technologies into clear, concise, and actionable information for technical evaluators and enterprise users.
  • Produce influential technical content such as blogs, FAQs, and contributions to partner portals tailored to educate and enable technical enterprise communities.

Joint Solution Evangelism & Technical Enablement

  • Serve as a deep technical subject matter expert on joint alliance solutions,supporting internal VAST teams (e.g., Sales, Sales Engineers) and partner technical teams with the knowledge to effectively position these solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Create and deliver technical training materials and presentations to enable VAST and partner field organizations.
  • Serve as an expert resource on how the VAST AI Operating System integrates within broader enterprise systems architectures alongside partner technologies, emphasizing areas like virtual machines, containers, unified file and object storage, data protection, compliance, and security.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to influence product roadmap and direction based on enterprise customer requirements and market insights related to technology integrations.

Support for Alliance GTM & Engagement

  • Provide technical expertise and content to support joint marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives led by Alliance Management and demand generation teams, targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Support sales teams and partners with strategic technical responses for enterprise RFPs and detailed technical inquiries concerning joint solutions.
  • Engage with enterprise customers and partners to capture technical insights, validate joint solution positioning, and foster advocacy.
  • Represent VAST Data's joint technology solutions as a thought leader in industry events, panels, and webinars focused on enterprise infrastructure and AI.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a technical marketing, solution architect, technical pre-sales, or product marketing role with a strong emphasis on creating technical content and documentation, within enterprise IT infrastructure, data storage, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure architectures, virtualization, containers, and file/object storage solutions, and how they integrate with a broader technology ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with modern AI/ML data pipelines and analytics workloads and their implications for enterprise infrastructure.
  • Strong expertise in aligning complex joint technical solutions with business-drivenenterprise objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences within enterprise settings.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing impactful technical marketing strategies and creating high-quality technical content (e.g., reference architectures, whitepapers, solution guides).
  • Highly collaborative with a proactive approach to managing cross-functional projects involving internal teams and external technology partners.
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagements, industry events, and internal meetings.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience working directly with the technical and marketing teams of technology alliance partners.
  • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with creating reference architectures and validating joint solutions.
  • Knowledge of enterprise compliance frameworks and security standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments or rapidly scaling
