At Advisor360°, we build technology that transforms how wealth management firms operate, scale, and serve their clients. As a leading SaaS platform in the fintech space, we’re trusted by some of the largest independent broker-dealers and RIAs to power the full advisor and client experience—from portfolio construction and reporting to compliance and client engagement.
What sets us apart? It's not just the tech (though it's best-in-class). It's the people, the purpose, and the passion behind everything we do.
We’re a team of builders, thinkers, and doers who believe that great companies are defined by the stories they tell and the experiences they create—internally and externally. We bring deep industry expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to innovation as we reshape what’s possible in wealth management.
As we grow, we’re looking for teammates who are ready to roll up their sleeves, think big, and help elevate our brand in a way that reflects the bold ambitions we have for our company and the clients we serve. Join us, and be part of a company that's not only moving fast—but making it count.
This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.
Advisor360°'s TAMs are the technical backbone of our client relationships. You'll own the technical success of a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market wealth management firms — serving as their primary advisor on platform architecture, integrations, and long-term technical strategy. When clients have complex problems, you're the person who figures it out. When Advisor360° ships something new, you're the one who makes sure clients can actually use it.
This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and client partnership. You'll work closely with CSMs, Product, and Engineering — but you own the technical relationship. Success here means clients that are stable, well-integrated, and getting measurable value from the platform.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Strategic Technical Partnership
- Act as the lead technical advisor for assigned enterprise and mid-market clients, guiding them on solution architecture, integration strategies, and platform optimization
- Build deep relationships with client technology and operations teams to understand their strategic initiatives and align technical roadmaps accordingly
Technical Planning, Implementation & Onboarding
- Help lead technical onboarding efforts in collaboration with implementation and product teams, ensuring scalable architecture, data integrations, and compliance with financial regulations
- Translate client workflows and regulatory requirements into best-practice configurations using Advisor360°’s platform
- Lead pilots, betas and controlled research studies for new capabilities scoped to a subset of users
Release Readiness & Change Management
- Prepare clients for upcoming releases through testing plans, impact analysis, and coordination of rollout strategies
- Partner with CSMs to ensure clients are informed, ready, and equipped to adopt new and underutilized capabilities
- Identify and address adoption gaps across the platform — proactively surfacing underutilized capabilities, diagnosing barriers, and working with clients to drive meaningful usage
Issue Resolution & Escalation Management
- Own technical escalations, working cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues while improving long-term system resilience
- Manage complex client requests, ensuring clear documentation and efficient routing to internal subject matter experts
Platform Health Monitoring & Optimization
- Proactively review technical performance, usage trends, and system configurations to identify risks and recommend improvements
- Provide insights and technical best practices that help clients scale usage, reduce friction, and increase platform ROI
Voice of the Customer
- Represent the technical needs of your clients in roadmap planning, product feedback cycles, and postmortems
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant role, ideally in SaaS or FinTech
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients by using clear language, storytelling, visuals, and active listening—empowering them to understand and embrace the technology without feeling overwhelmed.
- Experience supporting or implementing technology for wealth management, asset management, or financial services firms
- Strong understanding of financial data flows, compliance-driven system design, and integration best practices
- Hands-on experience with API integrations, SSO configuration, and data feed management — you've built or troubleshot these connections in a client-facing context, not just overseen them
- Proven ability to build strategic relationships with technical and business stakeholders at all levels
- Experience managing complex product configurations, integrations (APIs, SSO, custodians), and regulatory constraints
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into business value
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments, managing multiple accounts, and leading cross-functional initiatives
