Partner with the best

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Guardicore Segmentation at Akamai Technologies, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to our strategic enterprise customers. You will guide them in implementing and optimizing Zero Trust segmentation strategies, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform while strengthening their security posture.

This is a technical, customer-facing role that combines cybersecurity expertise, relationship management, and strategic thinking. You will work closely with customers across the EMEA region, as well as with internal teams including Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Support.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning the Technical Relationship
  • Driving Customer Success & Adoption
  • Delivering Strategic Value
  • Demonstrating Technical Expertise & Problem Solving
  • Driving Growth & Expansion

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have relevant experience in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Security Engineer, or similar)
  • Have solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, segmentation)
  • Have experience with cybersecurity concepts (Zero Trust, microsegmentation, threat detection)
  • Have hands-on experience with Linux/Windows environments
  • Have solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Have experience working with large enterprise customers in EMEA and be fluent in English
