The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Assist attorneys with commercial contracts from first intake through signature for a varied client base. The work centers on drafting changes to agreements, refining internal workflows, and partnering with lawyers, project managers and engineers in a fully remote setting.
What you'll do
- Review, redline and manage commercial agreements such as NDAs, SaaS agreements and data processing agreements under attorney supervision.
- Support each contract through its full lifecycle, from initial intake to execution.
- Handle healthcare-related agreements and confirm that privacy and compliance provisions are addressed.
- Improve internal processes, documentation and handoffs to raise efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate day-to-day with attorneys, project managers and engineers to give clients responsive support.
- Keep contract workflows moving so attorneys can take on more work.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Practical experience proposing edits and revisions to commercial agreements, beyond purely administrative contract handling.
- Background in technology transactions at a large law firm, or commercial experience in an in-house legal team.
- Experience in the healthcare sector, including business associate agreements and HIPAA-related provisions.
- Exposure to a broad mix of industries rather than a single client or sector.
- Roughly 4 to 20 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
- Motivation to help build a young organization and modernize how legal work gets done.
- Clear, straightforward account of your work history.

- Experience taking part in or leading the adoption of AI tools in a legal setting.

- Base salary: USD 125,000 to 160,000 per year
