Lead Technical Project Manager – FCRM Case Management Transformation
We are seeking a highly driven Technical Program Manager to lead the replacement of a strategic Financial Crime Case Management platform within a complex enterprise environment.
This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture oversight, program delivery, stakeholder management, and execution accountability. The successful candidate will own help the lead the initiative, coordinating multiple technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, infrastructure groups, and security functions to ensure successful implementation.
This is not a project coordinator role and it is not a pure architecture role. We are looking for someone who can quickly understand complex technical environments, challenge assumptions, remove delivery obstacles, make informed technical decisions, and drive execution across multiple workstreams.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing network architecture, API integrations, cloud infrastructure, data flows, operational readiness, and delivery risks while presenting program updates to senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Assist with the delivery of the FCRM Case Management replacement program from initiation through production deployment.
- Develop and manage program plans, dependencies, risks, issues, milestones, and executive reporting.
- Drive execution across multiple technology, infrastructure, security, data, and business teams.
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve cross-functional challenges that could impact timelines or delivery outcomes.
- Establish strong governance, accountability, and communication across all stakeholders.
- Ensure technical and business readiness for deployment and operational transition.
Technical Leadership
- Act as the technology lead for the initiative.
- Understand and challenge solution designs, infrastructure requirements, integration approaches, and deployment strategies.
- Partner with architects and engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and operationally supportable.
- Review technical risks and ensure mitigation plans are implemented.
- Coordinate architecture, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and operational teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
FCRM Platform & Integration Delivery
- Lead implementation of the new case management platform and associated integrations.
- Coordinate dependencies across transaction monitoring systems, customer data platforms, reporting systems, document repositories, workflow tools, and operational applications.
- Ensure integration designs support both current operational requirements and future scalability.
- Oversee data migration, testing, cutover planning, and production rollout activities.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the primary interface between business, compliance, operations, technology teams, and vendors.
- Manage vendor relationships and hold implementation partners accountable for delivery commitments.
- Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to executive stakeholders.
- Build alignment across teams with competing priorities and objectives.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology delivery programs.
- Proven experience as a TPM, Delivery Lead, Solution Delivery Manager, or Technical Program Lead.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise platform implementations or replacements.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience working in Financial Services, Financial Crime, AML, Fraud, Risk, Compliance, or highly regulated environments.
- Ability to engage effectively with architects, engineers, infrastructure teams, business leaders, and executives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated track record of driving execution and delivering outcomes in complex organizational environments.

- Architecture, infrastructure, security, and business teams remain aligned throughout delivery.
- Technical risks are identified early and addressed proactively.
- The new case management platform is implemented successfully with minimal operational disruption.
- Stakeholders view the TPM as the person who drives decisions, removes roadblocks, and ensures execution.
