Designs, develops, and supports integration pipelines connecting SAP and non-SAP systems with SAP Datasphere and cloud data platforms, primarily Amazon Redshift. Builds data models, replication flows, ETL/ELT processes, and CDC integrations; monitors performance and data quality; applies governance and security standards; documents architectures; and collaborates with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

Implement, configure, and provide L3 support for Fircosoft/Firco Continuity sanctions screening across payments (SWIFT, Wire, ACH, real-time). Configure screening rules and utilities, manage integrations (MQ/MQFTE, Kafka, file transfers, TWS), develop SQL and Unix/Linux scripts, and support upgrades, deployments, CI/CD, monitoring, incident management, RCA, and performance optimization.

Drive new business across assigned US territories by selling enterprise integration and AI-driven platform solutions. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build C-level relationships, deliver revenue targets, collaborate with marketing and technical teams, run demos and proposals, maintain CRM pipeline, and represent the company at events.

Implement, configure, support, and troubleshoot Fircosoft/Firco Continuity applications for sanctions screening. Provide L3 production support, monitoring, incident management, RCA, performance tuning, rule and watchlist configuration, integrations (MQ/Kafka/file/TWS), SQL and shell scripting automation, and support upgrades, patches, CI/CD and releases while collaborating with business, infrastructure, compliance, and vendor teams.

Senior leader to grow and lead a Compliance Advisory practice focused on KYC, sanctions, AML, and fraud. Originate and deliver large transformation and remediation programs, advise C-suite stakeholders, drive business development, build executive relationships across financial institutions, and mentor senior teams while shaping go-to-market strategy and thought leadership.

Serve as a subject-matter expert in fraud, financial crime, AML, and digital trust. Advise clients, lead workshops, design and implement fraud detection and risk solutions, define data requirements, monitor performance, optimize strategies, and support training and knowledge-sharing. Provide industry thought leadership and collaborate with technical teams to deliver practical risk management solutions.
