Develop enterprise Power BI solutions from discovery through adoption. Responsibilities include semantic modeling, advanced DAX and Power Query development, dashboard UX/UI design, governance, performance optimization, stakeholder workshops, client presentations, usability testing, adoption tracking, proposal support, and mentoring junior team members.

Serves as the technical authority for ServiceNow client engagements, leading platform assessments, architecture, solution design, configuration, integrations, governance, and implementation. Designs AI-enabled workflows and agents using Now Assist and AI Agent Studio, translates business requirements into secure scalable solutions, and advises stakeholders on platform strategy and responsible AI use. Provides technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, documentation, testing, release planning, and platform health oversight across ServiceNow modules.

Implement, configure, and provide L3 support for Fircosoft/Firco Continuity sanctions screening across payments (SWIFT, Wire, ACH, real-time). Configure screening rules and utilities, manage integrations (MQ/MQFTE, Kafka, file transfers, TWS), develop SQL and Unix/Linux scripts, and support upgrades, deployments, CI/CD, monitoring, incident management, RCA, and performance optimization.
