The Expertise We’re Looking For

  • Experience working in an agile software delivery environment, with experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery, and source control tools

  • Strong technical leadership experience in leading and mentoring scrum teams focused on building software solutions for enterprise applications. The development teams you have worked with have multi-functional responsibilities such as engineering, quality and release implementation

  • Strong communication skills and technical expertise to drive and participate in meaningful discussions with partners across technology, business and architecture

  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills. Leadership to guide, encourage, and motivate your fellow engineers. You will help lead and mentor the team in advocating and achieving engineering excellence across our product space for a global team

  • Experience being the go-to authority on the codebase, able to make technical decisions, review complex pull requests, and ensure technical consistency across the product

  • Experience leading by example in technical discussions, driving clarity and alignment across development teams. You can confidently articulate trade-offs, defend design choices, and guide the team toward scalable, maintainable solutions

  • Extensive experience with Full Stack development

  • Extensive experience with Java and at least one other language

  • Extensive experience with front end development using Angular or similar frameworks

  • Extensive experience with AWS or Azure

  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake

  • Experience working with pipeline and automation tools with a focus quality through analysis with tools such as SonarQube, Jenkins or GitHub Actions

Bonus Skills

  • Experience working with software architecture, patterns and standards

  • Experience using DevAssist tools such as GitHub Copilot or Gemini Q

The base salary range for this position is $107,000-216,000 USD per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
