Your Title: Team Lead, Office Administration

Your Location: Needham, Massachusetts (In-Office Position)

You Report To: Associate Manager, Servicing Operations

Your Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm EST

Your Compensation: $62,549 and a quarterly performance bonus, depending upon experience

About the Opportunity:

What you will do:

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for meeting with team members, both individually and as a group, to discuss metrics and general performance
• Provide regular feedback to team members to aid in their professional development
• Oversee incoming/outgoing mail, monitoring volume and improving processes
• Oversee accepting contracts, ensuring compliance
• Maintain contracts, including proper storage
• Verify product agreements post-funding
• Build and maintain relationships with product providers
• Manage the team ensuring productivity and answering ad-hoc questions; always monitoring workflow and volume
• Help develop new trainings as new policies come out
• Managing timecards and vacation/sick time approvals
• Assist the Servicing Operations Manager as needed

What you bring:

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Must be well organized to keep records on employee performances that are easily accessible especially for Mid-Year/End-of-Year reviews
• Proficient in navigating and using all applicable Servicing platforms (Leapfrog, Cyberridge, Payix, NICE).
• Minimum 1-year experience in Servicing Operations at FHF.
• Must be a Subject Matter Expert in all policies, procedures, and compliance-related topics.
• Impeccable compliance history with no major violations
• Proven success in Servicing Operations at FHF
• Demonstrates historical career stability
