As a Tax Services, Tax Knowledge Management - Director, you will lead the development and maintenance of tax knowledge databases, conduct research on tax laws and regulations, and provide internal training and guidance to validate professionals have access to up-to-date and accurate tax information. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Responsibilities
- Managing tax knowledge databases and conducting research on tax laws and regulations to provide accurate guidance
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive tax knowledge resources to support internal training and professional development
- Leading initiatives in corporate tax planning and domestic restructuring to optimize tax positions for clients
- Conducting research and analysis on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) and other regulatory compliance matters
- Collaborating with teams to drive innovation and strategic questioning in tax policy and governance
- Promoting the use of digital research tools and technology instruction to enhance tax knowledge management
- Providing coaching and feedback to cultivate potential and mentor the next generation of leaders
- Identifying opportunities for tax risk management and implementing strategies to address them effectively
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

The salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $438,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
