Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Talent Manager to lead resource allocation, operational efficiency, and the growth and development of our team members. You will focus on building and supporting frameworks for nurturing talent, ensuring our people have the resources, support, and opportunities needed to thrive within our organization and deliver the best work of their careers.

Key ResponsibilitiesResource Management
  • Assess project and initiative needs, allocating resources accordingly.

  • Partner with project leaders and team members to align resource plans with project requirements.

  • Monitor resource utilization and capacity, adjusting as needed to meet delivery goals.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify talent needs and assist with recruitment and onboarding.

Operations Management
  • Develop and implement standardized procedures and workflows to streamline operations.

  • Monitor operational performance metrics (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Address operational challenges proactively, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

People Development Framework
  • Establish processes for career growth and skill development.

  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development planning.

  • Facilitate training and upskilling opportunities to expand team capabilities.

Communication & Collaboration
  • Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and mutual respect.

  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  • Keep stakeholders informed on resource allocation, operational updates, and people development progress.
