Job Description:

Pluralsight is looking for a Sr. Talent Development Manager responsible for Leader Development serving as the architect and lead facilitator for our Organizational Effectiveness team. This role is designed for a high-level professional who views leadership development as a lever for business performance and driving organizational success. You won't just deliver content; you will engineer behavioral interventions that bridge the gap between executive strategy and global execution.

The Mission: You will design, scale, and facilitate high-impact enablement experiences that drive measurable behavioral change across a global, hybrid workforce. If you are a master of your craft who can turn complex leadership concepts into measurable business impact, we want you at the helm. Join us to ignite growth and anchor our leadership standards across a global workforce.

Who you’re committed to being:

  • A Master Facilitator: You bring infectious energy to every session. You are as comfortable "on-stage" leading workshops for senior executives as you are designing the strategy behind the experience.

  • An Experience Designer: You thrive building engaging, yet simple enablement frameworks and curated growth journeys by enhancing our current programs.

  • A Continuous Learner: You are tech-forward, using data and modern tools to improve insights, program execution, and the overall learner experience.

  • A Leader of Change: You understand behavioral science and organizational dynamics, focusing on long-term leadership growth rather than temporary inspiration.

  • A Strategic Partner: You act as an internal consultant, diagnosing leadership and team effectiveness gaps, identifying performance challenges, and designing enablement solutions that improve business outcomes.

What you’ll do:

Expert Facilitation & Delivery

  • Dynamic Facilitation: Lead expert-level facilitation for high-impact live or virtual workshops, onsite strategy events, and manager-enablement sessions.

  • Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to deliver data-informed development programs that align directly with business priorities.

Enablement Design & Strategy

  • Architect Journeys: Design, scale, and continuously improve leadership development and manager enablement programs that strengthen leadership capability across the organization.

  • Asset Creation: Craft high-quality enablement assets including practical playbooks, toolkits, and guides that empower leaders and teams to manage effectively in hybrid environments.

  • Internal Consultancy: Partner with leaders and People Business Partners to identify leadership capability gaps, diagnose organizational challenges, and design solutions that improve team effectiveness and business performance.

Innovation & Impact

  • Measure What Matters: Build metrics around enablement impact, tracking ROI, program reach, and tangible behavioral insights.

  • Leader Onboarding: Support leadership onboarding experiences that accelerate leader effectiveness, strengthen cultural integration, and improve early leadership success.

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Certified Expertise: Possession of industry-recognized facilitation or coaching certifications (e.g., CPF, CMF, CPTD, ICF, Covey, DDI, or similar) that demonstrate a commitment to the craft of behavioral change is a plus.

  • Proven Facilitation: A track record of facilitating complex, high-stakes, and sensitive subject matter to senior-level leaders with confidence and poise.

  • Program Mastery: Proven experience building and delivering enterprise-wide enablement programs such as coaching experiences, practical leadership tools, etc.

  • Independence: The ability to operate with strong independence and sound judgment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements:

  • Deep Specialization: 8+ years of experience (or 6+ years with an advanced degree) specifically focused on Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or high-level Facilitation and Enablement.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources; a Master’s Degree (particularly in Leadership Development) or related field is a plus.

  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Why you’ll love working here:

  • We work in a blended environment that supports collaboration, flexibility, and connection across teams.

  • We are mission-driven, shaping the future of tech upskillling and delivering impact that matters.

  • We foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, where everyone can contribute and thrive.

  • We are always learning, creating an environment where you can take on new challenges, expand your skills, and grow with purpose.

  • Benefits include competitive compensation, bonus eligibility, comprehensive medical coverage, unlimited PTO, wellness reimbursement, professional development funds, and more.
