From our employees to our dealers, partners, and borrowers, we’ve built a company and a culture around a resolute belief in the promise and power of diversity. We value independent and critical thinking.

We're looking for a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate TA team and own full-cycle recruiting for Lendbuzz's growing sales organization. You'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and partner directly with regional sales hiring managers across the country.

This is a role for someone who takes real ownership. You won't just be filling reqs - you'll be a true partner to the hiring team, helping shape how we attract, engage, and hire top sales talent at scale. If you're proactive, people-driven, and energized by fast-moving environments, we'd love to meet you.

This is a remote role, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone (EST)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles across multiple regions - from opening req to signed offer - while also supporting the broader Corporate TA team on roles across other functions as needed

  • Act as a trusted, consultative talent advisor to regional sales leadership and hiring managers, guiding selection strategy, market alignment, and candidate assessment throughout the hiring lifecycle

  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using various channels to attract, engage, and build pipelines of top-tier passive candidates

  • Evaluate incoming applicants, curate high-caliber shortlists, and maintain meticulous candidate tracking within the ATS to ensure high pipeline health and data integrity

  • Conduct comprehensive recruiter screens to evaluate candidates’ technical qualifications, sales track record, communication, and organizational fit

  • Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and panel logistics, providing a frictionless candidate experience with high operational accuracy

  • Clearly articulate complex sales compensation models - including base salary, on-target earning (OTE), commission structures, and mileage reimbursement- ensuring alignment and buy-in early in the process

  • Extend, negotiate, and close competitive offers while driving a high-touch, memorable candidate experience

  • Maintain transparent, proactive communication with hiring teams by delivering regular pipeline reports, flagging bottlenecks early, and providing actionable solutions

  • Partner with Corporate TA leadership to refine intake workflows, streamline sales hiring operations, and contribute to quarterly headcount planning and resource allocation

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate environment

  • Strong expertise sourcing and hiring sales talent, with an intuitive understanding of sales competencies, performance metrics, and candidate motivation

  • Background or familiarity within automotive finance, dealership sales, or financial services is strongly preferred

  • Proficiency with enterprise applicant tracking systems; direct, hands-on experience using Lever is a plus

  • Familiarity with complex sales compensation models, including commission tiers, and on-target earning (OTE) calculations, with the ability to explain them clearly to candidates

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build credibility quickly and influence hiring leaders at all levels

  • Highly organized and self-directed, with a track record of driving multiple regional searches simultaneously while proactively identifying pipeline risks and resolving blockers before they impact hiring goals

We believe:

Diversity is a competitive advantage. We celebrate our differences, and are better when we have a variety of experiences, viewpoints, and backgrounds.

Compassion is a strength. We care about our customers and look to build long-term relationships with them.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
