Responsibilities:
- Partner with our Americas' Talent Acquisition Specialists (recruiters) to own interview scheduling, playing a critical role as Morningstar's first point of contact for our candidates and future employees.
- Assisting in the assessment and implementation of interview scheduling automation to further our goal of scaling TA processes supporting Morningstar's long-term business goals.
- Continuously contribute to improving and enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience, including collecting and analyzing survey feedback.
- Enthusiastically promote Morningstar as a great place to work through campus recruiting, professional organizations and other promotion efforts, as needed.
- Ensure requisitions align with documented process and procedures and then check for any potential errors/inconsistencies.
- Support the candidate offer, background check and pre-onboarding processes, ensuring the highest quality and thoroughness.
- Manage and solve inquiries that come from TA team and our candidates.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
- 1-2 years of professional experience and a proven track record in People & Culture (HR) or in a client service-related role.
- Strong desire in a career path in talent acquisition, including sourcing candidates to uncover talent, both internally and externally.
- Proven ability to learn quickly, act professionally, and proactively take responsibility.
- Demonstration of a high level of discretion and candor relating to sensitive or confidential information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities while delivering on a dynamic candidate and hiring manager experience, acting with appropriate urgency to time sensitive work.
- Strong attention to detail and a process improvement inclination.
- A passion for learning about Morningstar's business, our mission, and working in accordance with our values.
