As a Talent Partner, you’ll lead end-to-end hiring for a unique set of departments and roles, driving speed and quality through strategic partnership, precision sourcing, and recruiter excellence.
In this role, you will also play a key part in leveraging AI tools and workflows to enhance recruiter productivity, improve candidate quality, and increase hiring velocity. You’ll work cross-functionally with hiring leaders, RecOps, Talent Marketing, and Coordination teams, bringing innovation and rigor to every stage of the recruiting process.
What You Will Do- Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor, influencing hiring decisions through data, market insights, and structured judgment
- Meet or exceed quarterly hiring goals across complex, high-bar roles
- Build deep partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to align on hiring strategy, forecasting, and pipeline health
- Proactively identify opportunities to embed AI tools (e.g., BrightHire, LinkedIn Talent Insights, ChatGPT, Claude and internal automations) into sourcing, outreach, pipeline analysis, and candidate evaluation workflows
- Champion the use of AI in recruiting—piloting, documenting, and scaling best practices that drive recruiter efficiency and quality of hire
- Use historical and real-time funnel data to drive strategic sourcing, forecast pass-through rates, and guide hiring decisions
- Model strong RPS (recruiter-produced sourcing) execution and drive improvements through automation, content personalization, and tools like Claude and ChatGPT
- Curate original content and engagement strategies that extend the Abnormal EVP to passive and high-value candidate pools
- Identify, map, and engage strategic talent markets; deliver insights to inform hiring strategies at the org and departmental level
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene in our ATS, with high-quality passive pipelines across at least five key roles or locations
- Achieve and maintain high candidate engagement metrics, including a 30%+ InMail response rate and 85%+ offer acceptance rate
- Average a minimum of 10 RPS OR 30 InMails sent weekly
- Mentor junior recruiters and enable teamwide learning through AI training, onboarding, and workflow optimization
- Identify and experiment with emerging AI tools and datasets that uncover new talent insights or improve recruiting operations
Must Haves
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
- Proven success hiring top-tier, passive talent across GTM or G&A functions
- Fluency with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and conversational AI tools
- Track record of consistently exceeding hiring targets and delivering high-quality hires
- Comfort working with recruiting data and analytics to guide decisions
- Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in exploring new tools, particularly AI-enabled recruiting tech
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Actual compensation will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
