Job Summary:
This role will work closely with research site leadership and regional and corporate HR in providing full cycle recruiting to find, attract, and hire talent across assigned clinical research sites.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Works closely with regional HR Managers to fill entry, mid, and upper-level clinical and administrative positions across geographically dispersed CenExel research sites.
- Collaborates with research site leadership in building relationships and understanding each research site’s specific needs.
- Enters, updates, and tracks information within applicant tracking system.
- Leverages online recruiting tools and social networking platforms to generate strong candidate pools.
- Works closely with regional HR in developing position postings; screening resumes; interviewing candidates, and tracking and reporting candidate status.
- Evaluates applicant knowledge, skills, and abilities to ensure alignment with position needs.
- Collaborates with regional and corporate HR in analyzing turnover and retention metrics.
- As needed, coordinates with regional and corporate HR to fill senior/executive level positions through outside recruiting agencies.
- Supports and ensures strictest adherence to best practices, FDA Code of Federal Regulations, ICH (International Conference on Harmonization), GCP (Good Clinical Practices), CenExel standard operating procedures, site working Practices, protocol, and company guidelines and policies.

Education/Experience/Skills:
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Experience recruiting in the Clinical Research industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- 3 - 5 years relevant recruiting experience.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
- Excellent relationship and people skills required.
- Understanding of federal and state employment laws governing compensation, hiring, and diversity.
- Strong project management skills required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.

- Lightly active position, occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
- Reporting to work, as scheduled, is essential.
- Remote work arrangement.
