What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a deep understanding of the U.S. GTM talent market. This role will focus on building and scaling our commercial teams across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.

What you’ll do:

• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership across Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Customer teams to define hiring needs and talent strategies.

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles across the U.S., from sourcing and outreach to offer negotiation and closing.

• Leverage deep knowledge of the U.S. GTM talent market to proactively identify, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates.

• Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical commercial roles in competitive markets.

• Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring trends to support informed decision-making.

• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with our brand and values.

• Drive process improvements and maintain structured reporting on recruiting metrics.

• Act as a strategic thought partner to leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning.

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on GTM roles in the U.S. market.

• Demonstrated deep understanding of the U.S. commercial talent landscape, including competitive companies, compensation expectations, and regional hiring dynamics.

• Proven success hiring for roles such as Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success.

• Experience recruiting for early-stage or high-growth startups, with an understanding of the pace and ambiguity that comes with scaling teams.

• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.

• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to operate independently, manage multiple searches simultaneously, and move with urgency.

• Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or B2B technology environments is a very strong advantage.
