Qualifications and Requirements:
- Assist in the development of a streamlined companywide onboarding and orientation for all clinical and administrative new hires.
- Host virtual orientation for all designated new hires.
- Serve as subject matter expert on the onboarding process in support of high-volume partners across the organization.
- Assist with TA process improvement, project initiatives, and acquisition support.
- Serve as the point of contact for new hires and hiring leaders in regarding pre-employment screening, new hire onboarding, and IT.
- Prior experience working in ADP Applicant Tracking System and HRIS, preferred.
- Prior experience working in human resources and/or compliance is preferred.
- Prior experience on a Talent Acquisition team conducting screening interviews and assisting candidates through the onboarding process is highly preferred.
