Develop efficient recruiting strategies aligned with organizational needs and industry standards while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. The role is primarily remote with some onsite requirements.

Enterprise leader responsible for clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and risk across multi-state Home Health and Home Care operations. Oversees audits, corrective actions, QAPI initiatives, OASIS accuracy, accreditation readiness, compliance reporting, and teams. Partners with CEO, executive leadership, and Board to set strategy, scale compliance infrastructure, and improve patient outcomes.
