About the Job:
We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to scale our recruiting function during an exciting period of growth. The Talent Acquisition Manager will act as the recruiting subject matter expert and a key partner in shaping how we attract, assess, and hire top talent. What You’ll Own
Full-Cycle Recruiting & Hiring Strategy- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, competitive hiring strategies, and interview structure
- Manage job postings and hiring workflows within our Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR)
- Conduct first round interviews and present qualified candidates with clear, structured assessments
- Drive structured, high-quality interview processes that improve hiring decisions and reduce time-to-fill
- Proactively source and engage top talent using our Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn
- Manage and evaluate external recruiting partners when necessary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and high-touch experience
- Lead interview scheduling across time zones with speed and precision
- Represent and elevate Comfrt in every candidate interaction
- Continuously improve assessment frameworks, interview guides, and candidate communications
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates, quality of hire) and share insights with the Director of HR and leadership team
- Establish, document, and refine recruiting processes to support rapid growth and organizational scale
- With the Director of People & Culture, support workforce planning and drive people strategy initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth, start up, or scaling environments
- Experience in Ecommerce/DTC a plus!
- Experience recruiting for apparel, lifestyle, or retail brands is highly desirable
- Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment while influencing stakeholders
- Strong sourcing expertise across multiple platforms and creative talent engagement strategies
- Experience building or optimizing recruiting processes in evolving environments
- Experience with ATS systems
- Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly without sacrificing quality
- Passion for building strong teams and delivering an outstanding candidate experience

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
