You'll be our dedicated talent acquisition professional running the entire hiring process from strategy to offer. This is a hands-on role where you own everything - sourcing, screening, process design, and candidate experience.

Perfect for someone who wants full ownership of Talent Acquisition at a growing startup rather than being one piece of a larger recruiting team.

What You'll Do
  • Source and engage top candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, WellFound, and creative techniques

  • Conduct screening interviews and manage full candidate pipelines

  • Design job posts that generate quality applications

  • Build hiring workflows and interview processes using Ashby ATS

  • Partner directly with founders and team leads on hiring strategy

  • Create our employer brand and candidate experience standards

Requirements
  • 7+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques

  • Experience with modern ATS systems (Ashby preferred)

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing to offer

  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills

  • Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred
