What you will do
As Manager, Talent Acquisition - Sales, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a sales recruiting team. As a strategic talent advisor, you build partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and diverse recruitment sources while maintaining excellent relationships across TA and the business. In addition to driving a culture of continuous improvement and development you inspire a team of recruiters to achieve greatness, lead projects/initiatives that propel our capability, and deliver flawless execution to the business.
Recruit
- Lead and coach a team of recruiters, setting objectives, managing performance, and fostering continuous development and engagement ensuring a positive candidate and manager experience
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Drive the use of sourcing strategies, recruitment channels, and advanced tools to identify, attract, and hire diverse top talent
- Ensure you and your team maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system to support reporting and decision-making
- Implement scalable processes, metrics, and tools that strengthen hiring capability and provide high-quality talent pipelines
Advise & Lead
- Leverage market intelligence to shape recruiting strategies, influence hiring decisions, and provide insights on talent supply, demand, and mobility
- Lead projects and change initiatives that elevate talent acquisition capability and business value
- Monitor and analyze recruiting performance metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, stakeholder satisfaction) and address trends proactively
Collaboration (changed from Management/Leadership)
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners; communicate proactively to maintain alignment and remove barriers
- Represent Stryker’s employer brand, support social media efforts, and promote innovative recruitment practices and continuous improvement initiatives
What you need
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or six years of equivalent experience
- 8+ years of work experience
- Previous HR or role-related experience
Preferred
- 4+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience
- 2+ years of people leadership experience strongly preferred
- Sales and/or sales recruiting experience preferred
- Workday, HiredScore, and Paradox experience preferred
- Preferred candidate will sit near a Stryker location
$100,500-$198,700 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
