Serving clients in the biopharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic spaces, we provide world-class strategic decision-making support across a diverse range of business issues. Our goal is to inform actionable recommendations that allow companies to achieve their business objectives.

Role Overview

The Recruiting Manager is an individual contributor responsible for managing full‑cycle recruiting for both corporate and billable consulting roles. This role will own the process from initial intake and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation, and smooth handoff to onboarding, ensuring a consistently high‑quality candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on recruiter with strong sourcing skills, a consultative approach, and proven success in a fast‑paced, professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Full‑Cycle Recruiting

  • Own the end‑to‑end recruiting process for assigned corporate and consulting requisitions (intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and handoff to onboarding).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop clear and compelling position descriptions, and align on selection criteria.
  • Manage interview processes, including slate development, interviewer calibration, scheduling support, and debrief facilitation.
  • Lead offer development and negotiation in partnership with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and HR, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Proactively source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and relevant platforms to build strong, diverse talent pools.
  • Develop and maintain warm pipelines for recurring and hard‑to‑fill roles across both corporate functions and consulting pillars.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform hiring strategies and provide insights to business leaders.

 Stakeholder & Candidate Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent availability, assessment best practices, and interview structure.
  • Deliver a high‑touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, clear expectations, and thoughtful feedback throughout the process.
  • Partner closely with People Operations/HR and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transitions from offer acceptance to start date.

Process Excellence & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date data in the applicant tracking system, including pipelines, stages, and notes.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates) and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and templates to drive efficiency and consistency.

 Qualifications

  • 7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Experience hiring in consulting or professional services environments, with exposure to both billable and corporate roles preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in proactive sourcing and building pipelines for specialized and senior roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment with evolving needs.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common sourcing platforms.

The first-year base salary for this position is $125,000 - $150,000.

The above base pay range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
