Key Responsibilities
As our Talent Acquisition Management Trainee your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Talent Acquisition & Administration:
- Support Global Director of Talent and wider Talent & HR team with query management and support with active recruitment processes.
- Build pipelines of talent using our ATS and LinkedIn recruiter for global corporate offices & hotel leadership vacancies.
- Maintain high levels of personal relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure you are always an ambassador of Kempinski, and representing Kempinski as an employer of choice in the market.
- Support with campus activities and activations for young talents & the implementation of development programs, working closely with L&D team.
- Support the onboarding of new joiners at Corporate offices, including preparing welcome gifts, scheduling onboarding sessions, diary management & presence at onboarding sessions.
- Stock management of welcome gifts, ordering new stock when required, managing purchase orders and liaison with accounts department for efficient payment.
- Process HR monthly invoicing on our expense system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate logistics for HR department meetings and events, and prepare HR presentations and reports.
Employee Engagement:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and team-building events to help foster a positive company culture.
Employer Brand & Communications:
- Support the production of the Monthly Worldwide HR Newsletter, ensuring a fresh, engaging, and professional tone that resonates with our global team in coordination with the Corporate Communications Team.
- Partner with the Corporate Communications team to track all new joiners and internal moves for the weekly internal 'Movers & Shakers' announcements.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Employee Handbook by ensuring information stays up to date while refining the content to be more engaging and user-friendly.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Applicants must be currently based in the UAE with a valid residency (Golden Visa, Student Visa, Family Visa).
- Open to recently graduated students or those still studying looking to fulfil their Internship requirement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a flair for creating engaging content and compelling presentations.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Canva) is essential.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Proactive, highly organized, and a natural problem-solver with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for creating positive employee experiences.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR, with fundamental understanding of Talent Acquisition is highly advantageous.
