About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Lead to join our growing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition and HR operations. You will lead a team of recruiters, build and maintain strong employer branding, and ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across various roles and industries.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their hiring requirements and present qualified candidates.
- Develop and track key recruitment metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
HR Operations:
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate personnel files.
- Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Advise on HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field
- Proven track record of success in talent acquisition and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for helping businesses succeed and building strong teams.
- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field
