Key Responsibilities
Project & Integration Coordination
• Support execution of TA integrations and portfolio initiatives through day-to-day coordination of tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation across multiple workstreams
• Track actions, dependencies, and milestones; proactively follow up to ensure progress and closure
• Assist in identifying risks, gaps, and delays, escalating as appropriate
Integration Cutover Support
• Support coordination of active requisitions and candidate pipelines during integrations
• Assist with data tracking, status updates, and documentation to ensure continuity and accuracy
• Help facilitate candidate communication and dispositioning processes in alignment with defined standards
• Partner with recruiters and project teams to maintain a smooth candidate experience during transitions
Governance & Reporting Support
• Support development and maintenance of reporting, dashboards, and status updates
• Prepare inputs for governance forums, project reviews, and leadership updates
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and trackers
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
• Coordinate meetings, working sessions, and integration checkpoints across TA, HR, and cross-functional teams
• Capture notes, decisions, and action items; ensure timely follow-up and communication
• Support development of clear, concise communications and materials
Standardization & Process Support
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of playbooks, templates, and standard work
• Ensure consistent use of tools, templates, and processes across projects
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination, efficiency, and ways of working
Required Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in project support or management, Talent Acquisition, HR operations, or similar roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across data, trackers, and documentation
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $105,800.00 and $176,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
