Nift is disrupting performance marketing, delivering millions of new customers to brands every month. We’re actively looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People team.

Reporting to Nift’s VP of People, this role is responsible for keeping the hiring process running efficiently for the entire TA team. This includes managing and tracking the entire candidate pipeline across all departments in our ATS (Greenhouse.io), as well as reviewing applications/profiles and sourcing candidates for a variety of roles. The role also involves scheduling / coordinating all candidate interviews, reference checks, and internal feedback and debrief sessions. Strong communication skills are essential, with a focus on clear, concise communication with both candidates and hiring managers.

This person should know when to proactively surface issues before they escalate and continuously look for ways to improve recruiting processes. The role requires a high level of project management, autonomy (work independently), focus on outcomes, strong ownership of tasks/projects, and execution with strong attention to detail.

Strong preference for someone to work East Coast hours (9am-5pm ET).

What you will do:

  • Keep the Talent Acquisition team organized and moving: you’ll be responsible for coordinating, maintaining, driving the entire recruiting & candidate pipelines across all departments
  • Research companies, sourcing candidates for a variety of roles, as well as doing initial outreach to candidates using Gem, LinkedIn and other tools and platforms
  • Pull data and the numbers for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on KPIs and OKRs
  • Insure data is accurate and up to date in Nift’s ATS (Greenhouse), pulling reports when necessary
  • Prioritize job searches efficiently based on benchmarks and metrics in order to meet business goals
  • Responsible for job postings on Nift’s career page and external job boards, keeping track of all inbound and outbound sourced candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers and their teams to coordinate interviews
  • Ensure all parties (both internal teams and candidates) have the best experience

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of talent acquisition coordination with strong project management skills
  • Greenhouse ATS experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills, outstanding with follow-up, and a fantastic attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyze data and trends - you have a love for spreadsheets
  • Technologically savvy, has the ability to pick up tools/platforms quickly
  • Ability to source and evaluate resumes, profiles and backgrounds that fit specific open positions
  • Resourcefulness: you can roll up your sleeves, get creative and problem solve
  • Self-motivation and drive, adaptability
  • Grit, tenacity, determination and perseverance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Comfortable working in uncharted territory, with changing business needs which can impact hiring priorities
  • Interpersonal skills that help you connect, build rapport and trust with candidates
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Coachability: you have excellent active listening skills, can take feedback and act upon it
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
